Unless you have ordered an in-stock product, your order is custom-made especially for you, and cannot be canceled once ordered.
It is non-returnable unless damaged or faulty.
If you are a Private Buyer, then you may return the Goods as per the conditions set out in Clause 15 of our full Terms & Conditions.
You may cancel an order made through our website if you contact us in writing within 14 days of taking delivery of the Goods. Please email us at [email protected] to do so. Please note, you are responsible for the care and safekeeping of the Goods in their original condition from the date of delivery and assume all risk, and cost for the return of the Goods.
Goods must be delivered back to the Hunts in their original packaging and condition and the Consumer retains this risk until Hunts accepts their return.
