We have three types of product listings on the site: In stock, products that you can buy online and have a quick lead time. Made to order, products that can be bought online but have longer lead times than quick ship and can be customised to your specification. Catalogue, these products can only be bought through enquiry, sales staff will then quote you for the item or items.

Sometimes you might find two versions of the same chair at different price points. The difference between them is simple, Home means the fabric has been tested for fire safety in a home environment. Whereas Office means it has been tested only for fire safety in an office environment. 

Home editions can sometimes work out slightly higher in price but this is only due to the fabric being in a higher price banding category than ones available for Office editions. 

On a product page simply click add to enquiry which has the heart icon. Once you have complied your wishlist for your home or project, all you need to do is then click the heart icon in the main menu, fill in the enquiry form and click send message. One of our team will then be in touch to discuss further. 

Yes! We offer furniture to private individuals as well as companies. No matter the order size, whether its one item or many we can help.  

This depends on whether you have ordered a stock product or bespoke product. If you have chosen a made to order item you will need to let us know asap if you are looking to amend or cancel your order. Once the order is confirmed with the manufacturer and they begin building the item we are unable to amend or cancel. If you have ordered a stock item we maybe able to cancel the order if you let us know immediately. 

Yes, all items we sell are new and unused. 

However, if you are ordering an item from the Showroom Clearance page please note that they are ex-showroom items and are stated as such. 

We accept card payment through providers VISA, Mastercard & American Express. You also have the option to pay through PayPal or Klarna. Using PayPal you have the option to pay via guest checkout if you do not have an account and you have the option to Pay In 3 installments. Using Klarna you have the option to Pay In 3 and Pay In 30 Days or Pay In Full. 

We do occasionally have product specific or sitewide sales. Please check our site regularly to see if there are any on. 

In some cases yes, not every fabric available is shown on a product page due to the extensive list of fabrics available at various price bandings. If you have one in particular you would like or would like to see all fabrics available please contact us.

If a stock product, these will likely be delivered within 5-7 workings days. If you are ordering a made to order item, please see the product page information in the top right under the price. This will give you an accurate estimate on the lead time for the product to be made and delivered. 

We offer free delivery to mainland UK only. Some postcodes require additional delivery cost. Please visit delivery, installation & returns for the full list of postcodes affected. 

If you order a chair a tracking link will be provided. If you order other furniture, updates will be provided via email. 

Please go to your account by clicking the human icon in the main menu. Please then go to account settings, you can then create a new password. To add a new address, please click manage addresses in the account menu. 

Please go to My orders after clicking the human icon in the main menu. 

The showroom is open Monday-Friday. 

Yes, but its best to book in advance just in case. 

Follow the Google Maps recommended route and then on Desborough Avenue take the turning onto West End Road where the Halfords is, follow the road and you will come to our showroom. We have two buildings, one on each side of the road. 

Yes, we have spaces in front of building 1 where you can park your car.
